Potato Salad with Tuna and Eggs

A hearty and flavorful salad combining tender potatoes, protein-rich tuna, boiled eggs, and a zesty vinaigrette. Perfect for a light meal or side dish!

Ingredients:

500 g potatoes (small or medium), cut into chunks

4 boiled eggs

2 cans tuna (in oil or water, ~240 g total), drained

½ cup black or green olives, pitted

¼ cup olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp mustard (optional, for tang)

1 clove garlic, minced or grated

½ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and black pepper, to taste
