3 small, tender red apples (such as Gala or Golden)
3 large eggs
75 g melted butter
75 ml milk
150 g flour
75 g sugar (adjust according to the acidity of the apples)
⅓ sachet of baking powder
1 vanilla bean (seeds scraped out)
