1. Bake the Brownies
Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the package. Allow to cool completely, then cut into small squares.
2. Make the Pudding
In a large bowl, whisk the cold milk with the pudding mix until it thickens. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully blended and smooth.
3. Assemble the Dessert
In a trifle bowl or large serving dish, begin with a layer of brownie squares.
4. Layer Up
Top the brownies with halved Reese’s cups. Spoon a layer of the peanut butter pudding on top, followed by a layer of Cool Whip.
5. Repeat and Garnish
Repeat the layers, finishing with Cool Whip on top. Garnish with chopped Reese’s cups and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
6. Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Scoop into individual bowls and serve chilled!
