METHOD:
Cream butter and sugar
Beat in the eggs and liquids
Add flour and baking powder
Mix till all ingredients are nicely combined
Greese 2 x 12hole muffin pans with marginine and dust with a bit of flour
Use your hands and form golfball size balls.Put one ball per hole.
Press down the ball dough covering bottom and sides of each pan hole
Fill with a tablespoon of jam
Make 24 balls ONLY and add 1/2 cup flour to remaining dough and mix until stiff. Grate the remaining stiff dough and cover the tarts
Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180°C. Pliz like share comment and follow
