Cook the chicken white in salted and spiced water if desired (you can steam or boil it).
Steam or cook the carrots until nicely tender.
In a kitchen robot or power mixer, add the chicken breast, diced carrots, fresh cheese, mayonnaise, garlic (if using) and a pinch of oil or lemon juice.
Mix until you get a smooth consistency.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Serve cold with toasted bread, grasshoppers, pita bread or crackers.Ingredients
