Mushroom Gravy:

3 tablespoon butter

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

1 large onion, sliced

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon Italian seasonings

1/2 cup flour

3 cups beef broth

¼ teaspoon salt
