Preparation
Cook the potatoes in boiling water until very tender; drain and mash while still hot.
In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup chopped spinach, the egg, the starch, the oat flour, the garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Filling
Take small portions of dough, flatten them in the palm of your hand, place some shredded chicken and spinach in the center, and form into balls.
Place the balls on a lightly greased baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve
Serve the balls warm, accompanied by a green salad or yogurt sauce.
