For the Ice Cream Base:
2 cups (480 ml) full-fat coconut milk or cashew milk
1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar or coconut sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder or cornstarch (for thickening)
1/4 cup (60 ml) melted vegan butter
For the Buttered Pecans:
1 cup (100 g) pecan halves
2 tablespoons vegan butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
